Justin O’Neill is a Photography Director, creative producer, photographer, and teacher living in New York. 

Justin currently oversees the photography for Outside Magazine as a contributing Photography Director. At Esquire Magazine he was the Visual Director from 2017 to 2024, responsible for all photography in both the print and digital editions including social media platforms. Previously, Justin has worked in the photography departments at GQ, New York Magazine, The New York Times Magazine, T Magazine, and The New Yorker. Justin is also a faculty member of the School of Visual Arts, and teaches multiple photography workshops.
